Pool of experts
Among the experts of IES, there are 13 with a doctoral study level (PhD), 36 with a master's level degree and 84 with bachelor's level; a total of 133 experts, 13% of whom are women.
IES has a pool of experts constituted by senior experts, intermediate experts and junior experts in different humanitarian and development fields.
A senior expert is a professional with at least 11 years of experience in his professional field and at least a bachelor's degree of study. An intermediate expert is, however, a professional with experience ranging from 5 to 10 years in his field and a bachelor's degree. At IES, a junior expert has a professional experience of 1 to 4 years and a minimum level of study of bachelor.
