In the past, we have been worked for international consultancy firms, UN agencies, international and local NGOs. We curry out quantitative and qualitative research. Much of our work is highly sensitive. Confidentiality is of the utmost importance in our work.

We collaborate with academic and research professionals from several universities and local data collection organizations in DRC who provide expert opinion. As an innovative company, familiar with the context and well anchored in the most remote areas of the DRC, we combine several data collection approaches according to the needs, urgency and context while ensuring quality: remote and/or in-person data collection. Our research is always based on the strategic objectives.

We help our clients to get data and actionable insights they need to make programmatic decisions.

Our research expertise is divided in 3 complementary and specific steps: (1) Data collection, (2) Data Analysis & Verification and (3) Results Reporting.

Data Collection

Based on new technology and a rigorous methodological approach, we collect quantitative and/or qualitative data for our clients while adhering to the highest standards of ethics and quality assurance.
Our enumerators are experienced: each project is unique. Our data collection teams are context and gender sensitive.
We conduct face-to-face interviews with interviewees. If needed, we conduct data collection in remotest locations.
Our data collection teams use test cutting-edge tools in the field (qualitative and/or quantitative methods).
We have data collection teams in 11 provinces of the DRC (data base of 130+ experts, 570+ local enumerators).
We provide independent, timely and contextualized third-party monitoring and operational support services to many of our clients.
To date, we have collected data in more than 16 provinces of the country, using test cutting-edge tools in the field.
Our data collection is based on the new technology using android tablets with the most up to date software (ODK, Kobo Collect, Survey CTO, Survey to go, Open Camera, GPS Tracking, silence recording, etc) and passive data collection, observation and recording

Data Analysis & Verification

Our field team receive timely feed-back from our data analysis and verification team.
We use adequate data analysis software: geo-location data (Arcview, Q-GIS, etc.), quantitative data (R, Stata, SPSS, E-views, etc.) and qualitative data (Nvivo, MAXQDA, ATLAS, etc.).
Before reporting, we usually organize validation sessions of the data collected and analyzed by the participants and other stakeholders for accountability and data certification.
Our data analysis & verification team is led by scholars (Phd) and professional (thematic and geographical experts).

Results Reporting

Our team reporting uses professional writing our report format/ template is flexible and adapted to the need of each client and the objectives of the poject.
Our data reporting team is multidisciplinary (scholars (Phd) and professional (thematic and geographical experts), multicultural, and multilingual (French, English, Spanish, and national/local languages).
